The number one comment I get from parents when they read my book or listen to my podcast about kids' feelings and friendships is, "This applies to adults!" Absolutely! It's not like we figure out everything about relationships at age 9, and then we're done. We're all constantly learning and grappling with fundamental issues related to getting along with others.
